First Pass
High Reaches Hold did not exist during the first Pass.

First Interval/Second Pass

B-1

Jamson of High Reaches, Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, probably born High Reaches Hold possibly c. 185
Married possibly c. 210 Thea, Lady Holder of High Reaches Hold, possibly born c. 185.

Beside Gallian (oldest son), there were thirteen other children in this family (among them at least one girl), who's number substantially increased the borders of the Hold when the children were old enough to claim their land grants [RSR/1:44, 11:261].
Lord Jamson refused to go along with the impeachment of Lord Chalkin because of his (too) strong belief in the autonomy of the Holds. He was known to be conservative on every front [RSR/9:220]. Lord Jamson was ill of a respiratory fever at the end of the winter of 257, he could not attend the famous Bitran Exodus trials at Telgar and Benden Weyr [RSR/11:261]. His wife Thea and oldest son Gallian disagreed with his view on the impeachment of Lord Chalkin of Bitra, of which Lord Jamson was the only opponent. Helped by Lord Paulin of Fort, they plotted against him (in a mild sense of the word) and planned to send him to Ista or Nerat (to recuperate) on the count of his respiratory illness (he also had constant chest infections) in which case he had to authorize his heir Gallian to deal with all Hold matters (at that time Gallian was already authorized to deal with a part of the Hold matters) [RSR/11:284]. Gallian was Jamson's oldest son and heir. Lord Jamson repeatedly referred to his younger sons as "stupid", the nephews also did not have a chance at the succession [RSR/11:285]. After Lord Jamson spent two months at Ista, Lord Paulin of Fort took him along to Bitra Hold early in Turn 258 [RSR/16:384-392].
Lady Thea was present at the Bitran exodus trials at Telgar and Benden Weyr at the end of the Winter of 257, at which her son Gallian represented his father [RSR/11:261]. She had a plump body [RSR/11:286]. She carried out the plan, conceived by Lord Paulin of Fort, her son Gallian and herself, to have her husband Lord Jamson go to the warmer climate of Ista Hold on the count of his respiratory illness on which journey she accompanied him [RSR/11:284-286].
Although there are no real indications for it I assume that both Lord Jamson and Lady Thea were well advanced in years at the time of the start of the Second Pass.

Children (many sons and at least one girl):
1 Gallian, Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, probably born High Reaches Hold c. 210. Steward at High Reaches Hold [RSR/10:251]. Nicknamed Galli [RSR/11:289]. He was of the same age as K'vin of Telgar Weyr [RSR/10:258]. He represented his father at the Bitran Exodus trials at Telgar and Benden Weyr at the end of the winter of 257 [RSR/11:261]. By winter 257 Gallian was already authorized to deal with a part of the Hold matters [RSR/11:284]. When his parents left for the warmer climate of Ista Hold in the same winter,  he received authorization to act in all matters concerning High Reaches Hold and was able to show a document to this extent at the emergency meeting at Telgar Hold at which meeting Lord Chalkin of Bitra was formally impeached [RSR/11:291].

J-1

N.N., Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, born probably High Reaches Hold c. 2405.
Married probably c. 2430 N.N., Lady Holder of High Reaches Hold, born probably c. 2410.

Putting this couple in the Bloodline is necessary to be able to create enough generations so Fax can be the nephew of Lord Faroguy.

Children (known):
1 Faroguy, follows J-11.
2 N.N. (a son or daughter), follows J-12.

J-11

Faroguy of High Faroguy of High Reaches, Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, born probably High Reaches Hold c. 2430, died prior to spring 2474.
Married c. 2455 Evelene, Lady Holder of High Reaches Hold [MHoP], born probably c. 2435, died after her husband (was still alive when Fax took over the Hold).

Lord Faroguy and Lady Evelene had twelve children, three of which either played or sang credibly according Robinton, who observed this when he was posted at the High Reaches (early autumn 2467 - first-month 2471) [MHoP].

Children:
1 Faravene, born probably High Reaches Hold c. 2455, prospective Lord of High Reaches Hold, killed by Fax prior to spring 2474, at which time confirmation of his and his father Faroguy's death was obtained.
2 Bargen, Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, probably born High Reaches Hold, follows J-112.
3 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
4 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
5 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
6 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
7 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
8 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
9 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
10 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
11 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.
12 N.N., probably born High Reaches Hold.

J-12

N.N. (a man or a woman), born probably c. 2430.
Married c. 2455 N.N.

This man, or the husband if it was Fax' mother who was a member of the High Reaches Bloodline, was possibly Holder of Valley property somewhere in the High Reaches that formed Fax' ancestral and only legitimate (?) Hold.

Children (known):
1 Fax, self-styled Lord of Seven Holds, follows J-121.

J-112

Bargen of High Reaches, Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, born probably High Reaches Hold c. 2457.
Married probably c. 2482 N.N.

Children (known):
1 Unknown.

J-121

Fax, Lord of the High Reaches, also called Fax of Nabol, self styled Lord of Seven Holds, born in the High Reaches c. 2455, died Ruatha Hold 28 third-month 2505 (killed in a duel by F’lar of Benden).
Married (probably 1st) prior to 2478 Gemma of Crom,
born probably Crom Hold c. 2460, died Ruatha Hold 28 third-month 2505.
Married Tela, born probably c. 2465.

Fax, a nephew of Faroguy, the Lord Holder of High Reaches Hold, originally had taken Hold in one of the Valley properties in the High Reaches [MHoP].

Children out of the marriage with Lady Gemma:
1 Several daughters, probably all died in infancy or at a young age. In 2505 Fax introduces her to F'lar as "the mother of my heirs", which must mean that there must have been daughters born since Fax had been unable to get an (male) heir with any of his ladies [D1].
2 Jaxom of Ruatha, Lord Holder of Ruatha Hold, follows J-121.2.

Children (known) out of the marriage with Lady Tela
3 N.N., born 2505. Lady Tela was already pregnant by Fax during third-month of 2505 (the famous visit to Ruatha) though not obviously so.

J-121.2

Jaxom of Ruatha, Lord Holder of Ruatha Hold, born Ruatha Hold 28 third-month 2505, rider of white Ruth, died probably at the end of the 26th century.
Married Sharra of Southern Hold/Ruatha Hold, [Shar, Sharrie], born probably High Palisades Hold (Ista) c. 2505, healer, moved from High Palisades Hold on Ista to Southern Hold (to her brother Toric) while still young, Lady Holder of Ruatha Hold.

Both children of Jaxom and Sharra were born at Ruatha Hold [AtWoP/10:229].

1 Jarrol of Ruatha, born Ruatha Hold. The "ol" part of Jarrol's name is probably derived from the name of Lytol, who was many Turns Lord Warder of Ruatha Hold and guardian of Jaxom.
2 Shawan of Ruatha, born Ruatha Hold.
